  • Maintain a good knowledge of fixed income, equity and REIT;
  • Provide detailed analysis and due diligence on different asset classes;
  • Appraise new investment opportunities and participate in due diligence of specific investment opportunities;
  • Develop complex investment models that support ongoing asset management and investment decision making;
  • Monitor and track investment and risk exposures of current investments;
  • Create the firm’s investment database, managing and storing all necessary investment documentation relating to fund investments (e.g., executive summaries, full investment recommendations, performance summaries, monitoring reports, AUM updates, meeting histories);
  • Write synopses of fund performance;
  • Proactively assess potential markets and clients;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and respond to their queries in a timely manner;
  • Prepare investment summaries and reports to lenders and investors;
  • Prepare pitch materials
    • The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
  • CFA Level 3 passed and relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income, equity and REITs and their investment strategies;
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills (strong knowledge of MS Excel and programming languages, e.g. Python);
  • A good university degree in mathematics, physics or computing;
  • Professional and positive attitude;
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills;
  • Good investment experience in investment banking or private equity.
