Morgan Hunt are currently working with a Professional Regulatory Body, in their search for a number of permanent and interim Investigations Lawyers to provide legal advice, direction and support, to a team of Investigators, in relation to regulatory investigations and alleged instances of misconduct.You will provide legal advice in relation to disclosure, evidence sufficiency, interim order risk and likely outcomes of cases to ensure clear case direction and progression (ultimately reducing caseload and increasing progression time across the directorate).You will also guide, coach and develop staff, while providing ad hoc advice during investigations and making decisions on whether cases are ready for case examination.The successful candidates will have experience providing legal advice and case direction in the context of investigations, with a background in Public, Regulatory, Criminal, Employment Law or Civil Litigation (ideally within Professional Regulation).You will be a pragmatic and flexible individual who will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cases are progressed effectively (with the desire to coach, develop and help people).It is an exciting time to join an organisation which has a strong focus around development and progression.
