Weare lookingfor experienced and resilient teaching assistants to support pupilswith Behaviour Emotional & Social Needs in our SRP. The SRP at is a specialistprovision for approximately 12 children. Within this provision, each pupilhas an Education and Health Care Plan(EHCP). The ideal candidate willbe hard-working, flexible and adaptable with good literacy and numeracyskills. Previous experience of working with children with educational needs isdesirable but above all, we would like someone with a calm and positiveapproachto working with children with varying levels of specialeducational needs. We are fully committed to ensuring that pupils within thisarea of special need are integerated as fully as possible into our schools andthat they feel as highly valued as all other pupils.This can be an extremelychallenging position, but equally very rewarding.
