Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a unique fragrance company that is treasured by experts for its exquisite qualities in various fragrances.Based in Northwest London, youll play a pivotal role in driving this brands success across key markets.   • Exceed Sales Targets: Drive our brands success in the luxury fragrance market by consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Brand Vision: Effectively communicate and sell our corporate brand vision to distributors, retail clients, and potential customers.
  • Relationship Management: Proactively manage relationships with distributors, retail clients, and external buyers to ensure strong collaborations and continued growth.
  • Market Segmentation: Strategically categorize and prioritize accounts in various markets, adjusting service levels accordingly to maximize sales potential.
  • Global Presence: Travel to markets and trade shows regularly to expand our global footprint and seize new opportunities.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with distributors to create annual business plans that push sales expectations and align with our brands vision.
  • Comprehensive Strategy: Work alongside the Commercial Director to develop short- and medium-term sales strategies that resonate with each markets unique characteristics.
  • Budget Management: Prepare A&P budgets per market, optimizing brand visibility while maintaining budgetary discipline.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Identify and pursue marketing and promotional opportunities to elevate our brands profile in key markets.
  • Education: Train key distributors and retailers staff on new product launches, ensuring theyre well-equipped to drive sales.
  • Product Launches: Coordinate seamless new product launches across all markets, showcasing our brands innovation and excellence.
  • Market Insight: Develop an in-depth understanding of market nuances and requirements, providing a competitive edge.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep a keen eye on competitor activity in each market and report findings regularly to stay ahead of trends.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly sales reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
