International Sales Assistant - DK IPLDK International Publishing & Licensing are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Sales Assistant with proven communication skills, to provide administrative support to the East Asian sales team.This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a wide variety of beautiful books and learn how an international publishing business operates.Responsibilities will include: liaising with internal departments and customers drafting contracts sending materials to international publishing partners invoicing processing of export orders maintaining forecasting systems and databases tracking titles through the production process and resolving any problems that arise.The successful candidate will be sales-oriented, knowledge of an East Asian language (eg Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese) and fluency in English are essential. You must have initiative, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, be able to juggle and effectively prioritise a diverse workload, and have a desire to develop a career within sales.
