International Managing Director – Expanding Restaurant Business Salary: Between £150,000 - £180,000Location: International Position, London basedThe Company:We are working with an established operator in the premium restaurant sector which spans across the globe. With 6 current operations they are looking to expand their offer by looking at a premium casual/QSR offer.The Briefed Concept:Talking around sharing tables, high delivery focus & model set up, strong grab & go trade, quality food products, price point ££, casual, fast paced, vibrant environmentThe Role:To support our client with this growth plan we are looking to secure an MD who can help develop this concept, initially launching here in the UK and then launching the concept in the US. We are looking for a candidate who has successfully operated both in the UK and launched in the states, who understands fast casual, flow, pricing, licensing and strategy. A strong hands on team inclusive of COO, Marketing and Exec Chef is in place and working on concept, so we are essentially looking for leadership. Once successfully operating they will be looking at a franchised model.The Ideal Person:
