This entry-level position offers a hybrid working arrangement in London.RoleAs an entry-level Graduate International Headhunter, you will be a vital part of the team, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier talent within the financial sector. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive searches, assessingcandidate suitability, and contributing to a seamless recruitment process.Responsibilities

  1. Talent Identification: Apply your financial knowledge to identify and evaluate potential candidates for executive roles.
  2. Recruitment Process: Engage in the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to final placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  3. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
  4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications
  • A recent graduate.
  • Recruitment Skills: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
