Job Description

International Candidate Manager Prospero TeachingThe role: The International Candidate Manager will have overall responsibility of recruiting Australian and New Zealand teachers who are looking to live and teach in the UK. This includes sourcing, interviewing and selecting suitable candidatesand preparing them for the transition to a new country.Roles & Responsibilities:Sourcing suitable candidates looking to teach in the UK from Australia and New Zealand by:

  • Forming strong working relationships with university career services and engaging with potential graduates
  • Attending relevant recruitment events
  • Creating and posting job opportunities on our Prosper various job boards
  • Working with marketing to create Facebook campaigns, engaging material and relevant international content to promote overseas job opportunities
  • Using own knowledge and experience to develop other initiatives that attract Australian and New Zealand candidates to Prospero Teaching
Maintaining an organised database, vetting, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates that fulfil the requirements of UK branchesCoordinating referencing, compliance and other background checksProviding a supportive candidate experience by assisting successful candidates with all aspects of their relocationHosting group and one to one induction days to prepare candidates for the UK classroomCreating an effective aftercare service that ensures retention and increases Prosperos reputation in the overseas teacher communityWorking collaboratively within the International Hub, assisting with the outbound component and contributing to other projects
