Role Overview Based in Savills Head Office in Margaret Street, we specialise in the marketing and sales of non-UK residential development end-units to domestic and international markets.An applicant manager within our team would be responsible for handling all interested applicants from both our own marketing efforts and those buyers referred to us by other international offices and third party contacts. In addition to qualifying the leads,educating them on the buying process and progressing their interest in a project, the Applicant Manager would also be required to train the on-site project sales team and support them as necessary. The capture and recording of accurate and up-to-date data(both applicant and project based) will be a key responsibility, and the ideal candidate will be equally as competent in data management as they are in applicant-facing tasks.Team OverviewSavills culture is one of trust and respect, teamwork and collaboration. Our team is uniquely positionedat the centre of the sales structurereporting to our developer and investor clients, working with our local associates and international network, managing partnerships with branding, marketing and media agencies, and communicating directly with internationalapplicants about our projects.Key Responsibilities of the RoleHandle daily applicant enquiries from websites, phone calls, emails and third party sources, in a timely and professional manner, taking initiative to engage and develop interest in the projects.Maintain and curate the international development applicant database, proactively identifying and making outbound contact with potential buyers for each project.Generating viewings with the applicants and liaising with our on-site sales teams to arrange for each of the projects.Record applicant interactions on CRM property system (REAPIT) and other databases, ensuring accurate details are provided on the same day. Regular applicant status updates will need to be provided to relevant teams.Liaising with Savills international offices and other third party agents to manage the progression of referral leads.Maintain strong relationships with on-site sales teams and relevant Savills associate offices. Regular communication to include, but not be limited to, applicant updates, unit availability, pricing reviews and other relevant project information. Take ownershipof ensuring all CRM systems and property portals are fully up-to-date and displaying correctly.Provide updated information on all international residential developments to the international development Marketing manager and PR director when required.Liaise with applicants and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative.Comply with Savills Code of Conduct and Policies.Skills, Knowledge and Experience ExperiencePrevious client services or applicant management experience requiredEuropean language desired but not mandatorySkills and Knowledge Proactive: takes initiative within active applicant management;Detail orientated: meticulous in sourcing and recording accurate data;Strong team player: builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibilityIT proficient included but not limited to knowledge of REAPIT and ExcelAbility to work concurrently on multiple, diverse projects in global marketsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
