Currently the company have 65 employees (so they are at a scale up stage) however they are doubling they workforce by the end of this year.The Role:This company are scaling up fast and we are now looking to help them hire a Lead Internal Recruiter to help grow their Technology teams (Data & Platform).The role currently reports into The VP of People (who by the way is a great guy and he will give you lots of autonomy plus theres a huge scope for personal growth and professional progression.Duties:Be a recruitment champion and advocate, both internally and externally, of the clients purpose, vision and valuesHelp build a deep understanding of the business, their product and the nature of their work and cultureDevelop impactful talent acquisition strategies and a fit for purpose recruitment engine to ensure the business attracts the best talentDevelop a robust and dynamic view of a talent landscape (including market insights and recruitment trends) through a deep understanding of and engagement with B2B / B2E SaaS, Lifesciences, Deep Tech and Data Science / Bioinformatics networksDevelop role profiles and role specific sourcing campaigns that help the business build high quality talent pipelines and raise awareness in relevant talent poolsDeliver an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers and business leaders across the end to end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to screening, assessing, negotiating, onboarding and inductionDevelop an effective and efficient recruitment engine including key policies, processes, tooling, assessment collateral and hiring manager training materialsHelp configure and enhance the Applicant Tracking System (Workable) to ensure it facilitates an effective and efficient talent acquisition process and provides real-time reporting and insights on the health of talent pipelinesAt times own and manage our visa sponsorship management system and processesActively engage in wider Talent projects and value-add activity from employer branding to culture engineering, DE&I, wellbeing, career pathing, succession planning and strategic talent managementYou will be a good fit if:
