This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer of high quality, contemporary textiles and textile-related products (furniture, interiors, contract interiors) for Architects and Designers to specify in both commercialand residential products, globally.They are looking for a switched-on Internal Sales Support person / Sales Coordinator/ Sales Administrator to work as part of their friendly and dynamic customer services team. It would be preferable to have experience within the Furniture / Textiles / Workplacesectors.The main focus of the role as Sales Coordinator will be supporting your partnered Sales Representative as their office based back-up, and providing excellent customer services to clients on a daily basis.Responsibilities will include:-* Preferably experience in Furniture / Textiles / Workplace sectors.* Responding to customer queries by phone and digital platforms.* Greeting customers who visit the showroom.* Registering of visits and projects from the Sales Reps, and fabric system invoicing.* Creating quotations and letters.* Registering and tracking of orders in Dynamics AX3 (training will be given).* Monitoring project progression in association with your partnered Sales Rep.* Processing orders and sample requests.* Sorting out shipping and customs issues.* Ad hoc administrative tasks.Required Skills and Experience as follows:-* Ideally experience as a Sales Coordinator or from a customer service environment, handling enquiries, quotations etc or working in a similar sales support / customer service role within a similar industry (contract interiors / textiles / furniture / workplace).* Any experience in the contract interiors sector would be desirable.* PC proficiency with excellent keyboarding / data entry skills.* A strong Administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.* Experience in MS Word & Excel.* Flexible and a good team player, capable of multi-tasking and accountable for elements of project management.You will be based at one of the companys London offices alongside a friendly and energetic team.
