Badenoch + Clark are proud to be partnering with a Leading Housing Association based in London on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment leader, with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, to lead a variety of teams that provide the backbone of the Care & Support Department. As the Business Resources Lead, you will be responsible for managing three separate functions within the Care & Support department. Leading on the delivery of the Administrative and Business Support Teams, the Resource Team, recruitment, training and staff development programmes, performance reporting and specific IT systems.To be successful in this role you must have experience of:-*Excellent understanding of Care & Support operational delivery, including the conflicting priori-ties, pinch points and business drivers*Excellent experience of leading and motivating teams in high pressure environments*Solid understanding of legal, contractual and regulatory frameworks in C&S including CQC*Understanding of training and induction needs of frontline C&S staff*Excellent experience of utilising specialist systems ideally in the C&S sector*Experience of rolling out new systems or information management approaches for a busy workforce.Reporting to the Head of Service Improvement you will be the driving force to ensure frontline teams are fully equipped to look after vulnerable customers. You will work in collaboration with HR, Finance and our IT Service Delivery Team to drive forward the Care & Support strategies.You will have excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work at pace and work strategically. You will need to demonstrate that you can deliver results through leading and sup-porting your team.
