Job Description

Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition - £30,000 basic salary (£50,000+ OTE) - London.Would you like to help us grow from 60 to 120 heads in the next 18 monthsYoud be joining a team that went from 20 to 60 in the last 18 months! And we retained 94% of our staff.You will be the go-to person for all things internal recruitment within a rapid-growth tech recruitment company. Whilst we have internal processes in place, youll have the autonomy to build on what we have. Youll be encouraged to experiment, try out new ideas,and be open to change.

  • Youll report to Senior Management, work closely with current suppliers, as well as cultivate relationships with universities, organise career fairs (both online and face-to-face)! Branding is important to us so you will spend a lot of time with Sarah andVicky in Marketing!
  • Your job wont stop when the new team member starts. You will also get the chance to shadow new starters and guide them through their first 6 months. Youll have the freedom to do this out of the office, over a beer/ glass of wine/ coffee.
  • As we look to grow from 60 to 120 heads in the next 18 months, you cant do this alone. Youll have the opportunity (with the leadership teams guidance) to grow the talent team out. Thisll include Sourcing, L&D/ Training, and retention. And, as your teamgrows, youll have the opportunity to enter our Employee Share Scheme (joining 20% of the team so far). We see you being "Head of Talent Acquisition".
Youll initially be focused on helping build our London-based team. However, we are expanding globally into the US (opening our Austin office as we speak) as well as Germany, Netherlands, and northern Europe.
