Our well established London based Construction client are now seeking a talented Internal Recruiter with experience in blue collar recruitment to join their team on a permeant basis with a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 on offer.What does the role entailYour role as the Internal Recruiter will be to effectively manage bringing the best talent in to the business by compiling great job adverts and descriptions, advertising through all available channels, directly sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, as well as managing all stages of interview whether via telephone, video call or face to face, through to offer and onboarding. You will manage agency relationships and spend, keeping on top of the recruitment budget, as well as managing the recruitment process with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive experience and outcome. You will help to grow the companies brand by partaking in networking events and careers fairs. On top of this you will analyse turnover and retention of staff to forecast needs and build talent pools. This will be a varied role so do expect other duties to form part of your role.What skills will you haveTo be considered for this Internal Recruiter you will first and foremost be a great recruiter whether a Recruitment Consultant from an agency background or already in Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition capable of managing the tasks listed above. You will be a proactive recruiter who can multi task and work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment, with experience of blue collar and ideally construction recruitment, possessing a keen eye for detail and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.
