A leading energy company passionate about sustainability and renewables are looking for a forward thinking Internal Communications Manager to join their organsiation as they continue their year on year growth. Theyare looking for someone that has experience of executing internal comms campaigns and delivering the groups internal communications strategy across a their corporate and blue-collar work force.You will be responsible for articulating strategy and business priorities and how individuals and teams contribute to their success, building the internal communications framework and maintain and improve employee engagement. You will plan, edit and writecontent on a variety of internal communications media and storyboard creative campaigns.The successful candidate will be passionate about internal communications and come from a similar role where they have executed internal comms through a range of methods, including digital, intranet and have a multi-channel approach. Ideally you will havealso worked with an HR team to roll out the communication of the EVP strategy and all relevant employee information.In return you will have access to stunning London offices, flexible working.
