£45,000 to £50,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experienceFull-time (40 hours per week), permanent contractAs the home of The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera, at the Royal Opera House we want many more people to enjoy and engage in exceptional balletand opera - both as audience members and as theatre-makers. We have a diverse team of over 800 staff - working in artistic, technical, craft, administrative and customer service roles - and are now looking for a new manager to lead on our communication andengagement activity in-house.Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will be responsible for developing and delivering a consistent, measurable, strategic and creative internal communication and engagement plan for key internal audience groups.You will also be responsible for the ROH employer brand, ensuring that all our engagement activities with the current and future workforce reflect our values and behaviours: respect, openness and high standards. As the focal point for the voice of our staffand artists, ensuring that they are heard and given confidence to speak and be listened to, you will play a key part in the delivery of the ROH Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following:Significant experience in internal communications and a professional qualification in a related field Exceptional writing and presentation skills, including proofreading Confidence with advising, supporting and drafting for senior leaders Experience of strategicstakeholder management Familiarity with digital channels to support internal comms Experience of Employment Brand managementThe Royal Opera House is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive.
