Job Description

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER- CULTURE COMMUNICATIONS - LEADING GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES INSTITUTIONBASED LONDONHYBRID WORKING (MIN 2 DAYS/WEEK IN THE OFFICE)£55-650000+bonus,bensExciting new opportunity to play a key role in planning and developing internal communications initiatives across the EMEA business, with a focus on culture communications. You will need strong experience in internal communications gained in the financialservices sector, with experience in culture communications.

  • You will be a key member of the internal communications team that develops highly creative communications that engage employees in EMEA. You will partner with colleagues across the region, working closely alongside Culture Committee workstreams to deliverhigh impact and engaging communications that supports culture strategy and objectives.
  • You will work closely with various functions on culture related initiatives including HR and Risk and business colleagues on best practice to drive awareness and adoption of employee engagement initiatives across the EMEA Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI),Risk Culture and broader Culture strategies.
  • Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications EMEA, to create and deliver a comprehensive, innovative and engaging communications programme to support EMEA Culture initiatives.
  • Work with the Culture Committee workstream leads, HR and other key stakeholders (e.g. Wellbeing, ESG, Risk, Tech) to draft and execute creative and engaging communications.
  • Drive the creation of quality content in a variety of engaging formats (e.g. articles, videos, executive blogs, infographics, email communications etc.).
  • Ensure Culture content is current, driving employees to keep informed on culture programmes and initiatives.
  • Develop new, engaging content for the external website to enhance the promotion of Culture strategy and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to prospective employees, clients etc.
Experience required
  • Experience in internal communications gained in the financial services and/or banking sectors
  • Experience creating and delivering Culture-related communications content
  • Ideally you will have experience of working closely with functions such as HR and Risk teams on culture related content
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience working across a range of channels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
