This is a fantastic role for the right candidate to be part of a dynamic and livelybusiness function and implement their own ideas and processes.This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.This is role works as part of the wider Corporate Affairs team, working across a matrixed global environment and therefore, experience of business partnering with internal partners and managing a variety of internal communication channels is the key to beingsuccessful in this role.Reporting into the Group Head of internal Communications, this role will drive the design, implementation and management of our key channels, from SharePoint intranet, email and digital screens to team briefing to successfully deliver internal communicationsacross the business.You will work closely with the Information & Technology team and colleagues from across our global business to ensure we are optimizing the platforms to their full potential, supporting with alternative market-led solutions as needed. Ensuring the contentis received by the right audience is key, so being able to measure the effectiveness of our communication channels and activations is crucial to be able to perform well in this role.You would also be business partnering with our Information & Technology function to develop and implement its functional communications strategy, content, and wider communication activities.So, if you have a strong channel communications background, have a passion for the technology behind how communications work and want to work in the exciting area of sustainable packaging - then we might be looking for you!About you
