Job Description

Overview of the role:We are looking for an internal communications co-ordinator to help with administrative support within the People team working on internal people initiatives, supporting internal communications, writing and designing content creation. This role requires someonewho has attention to detail and oodles of creativity to bring stories, concepts and messaging to life.Activities include:

  • Support Global People Director & Senior People partner with HR administration relating to internal comms.
  • Using our internal communication & collaboration tool - Viva Engage (Yammer), create daily/weekly engaging & inclusive content
  • Produce written content for internal comms stories/ campaigns in Canva or other design tools to create impactful images and designs
  • Arrange quarterly global meeting on teams for global HR teams and Technology teams, taking minutes and actions
  • Working with our Global Bettertogether’ community to drive our passion for people, running polls and feedback sessions as part our employee voice initiatives
  • You will help with promoting company benefits, global teams meetings, awareness days, D,E,I & B, personal & professional development topics
Skills:
  • Passion for people
  • Highly organised
  • Work in a small close team and work in a collaborative way
  • Experience with using Canva or Stripo for e-mail design ( or other similar design tools)
  • Oodles of creativity
