Based in the CBD, they have long been recognised in a leader within their field. They offer a range of financial service products and services and have grown significantly overthe past few years. They now have operations across 20 countries across Australasia, Europe and North America and are looking to continue their growth trajectory over the next few yearsThe Role.As the Internal Audit Manager, your main part of the role willbe to help deliver the set yearly audit plan. You will be tasked in driving continuous improvement of business processes within both the department and the wider business. Another key part of the role is to enhance the companys risk environmentKey dutieswithin the role include - Plan and lead multiple audits and other business process audits for the year and oversee the execution and completion of an annual audit plan. Perform controls testing in order to provide assessments on the design and operating effectivenessof key controls. Draft Internal Audit reports which would include summary of findings and associated risks. Conduct post internal audit meetings with key stakeholders in order to address key findings and areas of risk within the organisation. You will continueto monitor the risks and developments of the organisation.About You. The ideal Internal Audit Manager will have significant internal audit and risk experience, ideally gained within Big Four practice, or within banking and financial services. You would havea strong academic background, and hold a relevant accountancy or internal audit qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIA, IIA. As this is management role, you would have a strong communication skills with an adaptive style and the ability to liaise with operationalstaff to executive managementApply Now.
