This will start on a temporary basis before turning into a permanent role for the right candidate.DescriptionTe key responsibilities of this Internal Audit Manager role will be:

  • Develop and implement risk-based audit plans aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Execute internal audits across various business units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks
  • Lead and execute SOX compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and actionable audit reports to senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit processes, findings, and recommendations
  • Evaluate and enhance internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy, and promote operational efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and controls.
ProfileThe successful Internal Audit Manager will have:
  • Experience in similar auditing or accountancy role
  • Experience with SOX controls
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter attitude
