Dartmouth Partners are recruiting a project team on behalf of a global private equity backed media organisation going through a carve out and disposal of a key business unit. Two positions are being recruited - an interim VDD consultant to lead the project with a strong number 2 required to provide senior support to internal and external stakeholders.The project will manage all aspects of the vendor due diligence process working with stakeholders such as the CFO, the buy out fund investors along with the banks, consulting firms and all potential acquiring organisations. You will be expected to take a sleeves rolled up approach to the work but also have a proven strategic mindset enabling you to deliver on all aspects of this project.You will likely be an independent consultant with a proven track record of delivering similar VDD assignments in the mid-market and buy out space. Large portions of this role will be delivered on a remote basis with some time spent in their London head office towards the back end of the project.The project requires an April start.
