Job Description

Do you have CRM experience, possibly Salesforce knowledge Can you follow processes appropriately and have attention to detail to key in information accurately and progress opportunities correctlyYou will assist sales individuals with their secondary CRM ensuring opportunities are progressed on a timely manner, data is entered correctly and that theres no up/downstream negative impact to other systems/teams.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cross-checking account ownership in CRM
  • Double checking information for Sales in the CRM (leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities)
  • Keying-in information on behalf of Sales Individuals or completing some steps for them
  • Obtaining pricing and discount approvals or guiding Sales on where to get them from
  • Supporting contract processes between Sales and Legal
  • Supporting billing processes and account checks
  • Checking & verifying contract agreements to ensure renewal opportunities are closed with accuracy
  • Previous support experience, whether that is customer support or sales support would be advantageous. You will also have CRM knowledge and be highly organised with an eye for accuracy. Proven successful communication skills; oral and written are a given.This role will be for a duration of 6-months plus, for an immediately available candidate. Required skills
