Job Description

Interim Regeneration Project Manager6 monthsFlexible working: 1 day remoteLocation: LondonRole details:Panoramic Associates is working with a Local Authority based in London by supporting the recruitment of an interim Regeneration Project Manager. As part of your role, you will be supporting the council’s 1000+ Estate homes regeneration programme.Key areas of the role:

  • Overseeing several regeneration and development projects
  • Working with a wider range of senior stakeholders involved in the project schemes
  • Securing planning consents and carry out financial scheme appraisals
  • Mitigating risks, issues and dependencies outlined by the council
  • Regularly reporting project progress to ensure they run in correlation with the delivery plan
    • To be considered for the role, you must have operated within a Local Authority or RP/ Housing Association setting. Originating from a planning or surveying background would be advantageous.Next Steps:Interviews will be conducted in the next couple of weeks.
