Job Description

The role will involve:

  • Assisting in month end close - accruals/prepayments/posting of journals and balance sheet recs
  • Business Partnering with key budget holders on their monthly spend and other finance support including producing key financial analysis of results and KPIs
  • All Fixed Assets and Intangible Asset Management - registers and within accounting system
  • Overseeing grads on all items AP - invoices/credit cards and employee expenses (this also requires some performance of these tasks)
  • Management of payment runs
  • Management of our small spain entity - month end/invoicing/payment runs
  • Quarterly VAT returns for UK entities
  • Other adhoc UK compliance tasks - P11Ds, PSA, EMI and FCA
You will need:
  • Minimum Part qualified accountancy qualification - ACA/CIMA/ACCA
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptable to business change within a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Familiarity with Google Software and MS Office
