HR Operations Manager - Interim ( 8 Month ) Iconic Sports Brand South West London£70k plus Excellent BenefitsThe Role / Client We have a great opportunity for a strong HR Operations Manager - Are you an excellent HR professional and excel and joining and new environment and driving culture change. The key areas of the role include:* Operational OD expert - lead and challenge on direction, pus being a resource in the operational fundamentals* Look at business priorities, direction and culture* Lead and manage the HR Ops team to focus on change, improvement, stretch and development opportunities in the team* Support the HRD in designing and implementing HR business strategies* Support the Talent Manager with a new strategic focus* Operational re-fresh to look at on-boarding and creating wellbeing agenda* Oversea HR systems delivery / review - Oracle & Taleo* Provide advice, coaching and support to all line managers to include - ER, OD, Change & TalentExperience & Skills Required: * Educated to degree level, ideally with a HR qualification* Must be brave, accountable, collaborative and always looking to improve* Track record of achievement in a senior position in HR ideally across leisure or services* Strong on partnering senior leaders and managing others* Understanding of translating HR strategy into operation HR* Excellent levels of professionalism, positivity and great attitude to get things done* You can manage projects, support stakeholders and organise complex plans.* Experience of driving significant change programmes and management of budgetsReady to bring your skills to an iconic British brandThe Talent Group is a specialist recruiter in placing across HR & Resourcing.
