Job Description

My client, a successful, high growth HealthTech business are seeking an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join their team at this exciting stage of growth and take full responsibility for all HR and recruitment across the business. This will bea fully remote, fast-paced role on a 3-month interim contract and reporting directly into the Group COO.The key role responsibilities include:

  • Review, create and implement all HR policies and procedures for the business
  • Manage and implement the full recruitment process from taking brief from hiring manager, benchmarking salaries, advertising the role, through to interviewing candidates and offering the roles, and onboarding and ensuring the candidate journey runs smoothly
  • Create, execute and refine HR framework, processes and strategy across the business, in line with the wider company strategy and expansion with a focus on organisation structure
  • Providing support, guidance, and advice to internal hiring managers and stakeholders within the business, on all HR and Talent matters
  • Working at a very fast pace within autonomous environment and able to thrive and make the role your own
  • Provide potential candidates with an impeccable candidate journey
  • Clear understanding of GDPR, ETW and compliance regulations
Skills and experience required:
  • Proven track record working in HR
  • Demonstratable experience working in in a high growth, scale up organisation
  • Tech savvy, essential
  • Highly organised and meticulous approach
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills
