Job Description

Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit in to roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.We are currently recruiting for HR Comms and Change specialists on behalf of one of our Professional Services clients in the City.You should be a knowlegeable and experienced subject matter expert in Communications in the context of HR Change and Transformation programmes, particulary around Technology and Systems (eg Success Factors, Workday, Service Now, Sales Force), with a mix of UK and international experience, ideally gained in Professional Services/Partnerships.Tech-savvy, you should possess first-class communication, change and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work at pace in a complex, matrixed, international organisation.These are London-based roles with the opportunity to work on an agile basis if desired, typically 3 days per week in London and 2 WFH and/or from one of our clients regional offices.Full details from Michael Pickup at Oyster Search & Selection.
