We are currently partneting with a high profile financial services organisation, in their search for an Interim HR Business Analyst, to play a critical role in a major HR Transformation Programme involving the implementation of SuccessFactors/Employee Central.The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and articulating user, business and technical requirements whilst also adviding on the implementation strategy. You will identify areas for process improvement as well as assess business risks and issues.Prior experience of having supported a SuccessFactors/Employee Central implementation is important, as is excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.This role will be based remotely to begin with but is likely to require some time in London in the future.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Interim HR Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation during an exciting period of change.
