Interim Head of FP&A, London12 Month Fixed Term Contract £130,000 - £150,000 + Benefits Our client, a highly successful PE backed corporation with a progressive but structured approach, is looking to source the capabilities of an interim finance professional with a proven FP&A track record, to provide support to the senior management team withgroup financial planning and analysis, strategic accounting, as well Business Intelligence activities. The role which is a back-fill to allow for internal movement/projects elsewhere, will allow the chosen candidate to flourish in an environment which allows for both mentoring and autonomy, and gives the chance to pick up new expertise on an ongoing basis. Therole is fluid and thus will change over time, but the initial brief will comprise of the following areas:* Ownership of monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes including variance analysis and commentary.* Supporting the CFO in achieving strategic goals. * Assisting in the yearly budget cycle and in-year re-forecasts, providing financial modelling where required.* Co-coordinating and presenting monthly reports to Board of Directors* Supporting EBITDA growth, helping the business connect operational drivers to the financial results* Working alongside Commercial and Operations teams to provide them with insightful data * Taking a leadership role alongside the Group CFO in modelling and evaluating M&A targets.* Stakeholder interaction across all levels and disciplines.Our client has a reputation for progressing the careers of those that show drive and determination and obviously achieve results.
