Interim Head of Finance (Mat. This 12-month fixed term contract allows finance professionals to cultivate theirmanagement skills within a pioneering institution.With a legacy spanning over a century, this organization recognises the transformative power of art in pushing boundaries and shaping cultural landscapes. Through global exhibitions and educational initiatives, our client is dedicated to delivering impactfulexperiences and igniting imaginations. As an interim Head of Finance, you will work at the centre of this cultural hub on a hybrid basis, ideally going in 3 days per week to the premises in Central London.The Role:Covering for the Head of Finance while on maternity leave, you shall oversee the finance team and work closely with the senior management team to deliver the Boards strategic objectives. Reporting to the Deputy Director, you shall oversee finances and governanceacross the gallery whilst you and act as line manager to the Finance Manager and Finance Assistant. You will be responsible for handling cash-flow and producing management accounts, budgets, financial reports, and forecasts as part of wider FP&A duties. Youshall also review tax compliance, systems efficiencies and deliver reports to the Finance and Operations Committee and Board of Trustees.Key Responsibilities:
