A multi-billion Euro business operating across over 60 countries with the mind-set of a start-up!Our client is looking for a Group Consolidation Finance Manager to lead the Group consolidation process on a monthly basis.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, hungry to take ownership and desire to succeed, this could be the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of a Group Consolidation process in BPCIn parallel manage EY in the streamlining and simplification of the current consolidation processEnsure that standing consolidation journals are createdManage a team of one to deliverMonthly financial statements including, cashflow, P&L, balance sheetLiaise with internal and external auditorsEnsure all equity reserves are reconciledWork with the FP&A function to reconcile the management and financial reported revenue and EBITPrepare the goodwill allocation calculationsPrepare fixed asset and capitalisation notes and papersProject manage the delivery of the monthly, quarterly consolidated accountsManage the integration of new entities into the group resultsKnowledge & ExperienceQualified ACA, CIMA or ACCAExtensive Group FPA experience gained in an International organisation with a complex matrixAbility to work in an ambiguous and changing environmentTeam management experienceAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsSAP experience is essentialBPC experience also preferredPlease apply ASAP if interested, interviews will take place next week.
