Ignata Finance are delighted to be recruiting an interim Financial Controller for an owner managed professional services business with a turnover of £7 million for their London office. You will be reporting jointly to the Chief Strategy Officer and ManagingDirectors and play a key role in the reporting and strategic functions of the Finance team. This role would be ideal for a candidate with a strong desire to add value to a fast-growth, international, professional services group. Moreover, the ideal candidatewill have a passion for using technology to amplify their impact. Key Responsibilities:* Create Group management information, systems and reporting* Manage the monthly management information reporting including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecast at Company level, consolidated at Group* Provide proactive, insightful and high-quality analysis to support key decision making including driving the development of business plans and forecasting* Proactively identify profit and margin analysis in pricing across the Group* Develop cash flow reporting information and work alongside departments to manage payment and collection processes* Manage the month end close process in conjunction with a senior bookkeeper (offshore)* Produce the year end annual accounts and quarterly VAT returns.* Overall responsibility for issuing invoices, processing bills and making monthly paymentsKey Responsibilities:* Qualified accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).* Proficiency with Xero and Dext. Familiarity with a CRM and project management tool would be beneficial* High level of commercial acumen* Flexible approach to tasks and teamwork* High level of analytical and problem-solving skills* Ability to build effective working relationships with and influence key stakeholdersWorking Pattern:2 days per week in the London office£400 - £500 p/d outside IR35
