Job Description

Description

  • Oversight of annual financial audit and completion of the partnership financial statements and consolidated company financial statements.
  • Preparation of the corporation tax return and partnership tax returns.
  • Revenue and expense forecasting.
  • Review of regulatory returns; HMRC (VAT returns, PSA, P11Ds), FCA (IFPR quarterly returns and ICARA scenario forecasting and support) and ONS surveys.
  • Long term cashflow and regulatory forecasting.
  • Review of month-end process.
  • Refining policies and procedures.
  • Oversight of the finance team, in the absence of the Head of Finance.
  • Provide ad hoc support to CFO and other team members.
Skills
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with relevantPQE experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player in group environment.
