Job Description

Are you seeking a new and exciting opportunity to showcase your finance skills Do you want to work for an organisation that is making a difference Are you available immediately or on a short notice periodMy client is a leading not-for-profit organisation based in the London area, seeking an interim Financial Accountant to bolster their finance team on an initial 4-months temporary basis with a strong opportunity to get extended.The main responsibilities of the interim Financial Accountant are:

  • Year-end balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register and reconciling the fixed assets.
  • Year-end financial statements and preparing the accounts on a timely basis.
  • Focusing on the audit and production of the annual reports and key financial statements.
This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to showcase their finance skills and hit the ground running within an already successful team.The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of developing and implementing financial policies and processes.
  • A qualified accountant with 2+ years of post qual experience.
  • Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
  • Thorough grasp of balance sheet reconciliations and partial exemptions.
My client can offer a flexible approach to working with four days working from home and one day in the office.
