Job Description

If you are an experienced Finance Business Partner from the not-for-profit sector, looking for a new contract immediately then please do not hesitate to get in touch regarding this urgent role!Roberston Bell is once again partnering with a large national charity in their search for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join them for a maternity contract. Based in Central London on a hybrid basis, this role will provide end to end business partneringand management accounting for a major directorate.The main responsibilities Interim Finance Business Partner include:

  • Responsible for the production of monthly management accounts for your directorate, checking journals, and ensuring costs have been correctly allocated.
  • Play a crucial role in the organisation’s business partnering and reporting function, providing first-class financial support to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of the organisation’s annual budget and lead the forecasting process.
  • Influence key senior members of the organisation to ensure alignment with the organisational strategy is maintained and financial sustainability is prioritised.
  • Provide invaluable support in the year end procedures and ad hoc project work.
The successful candidate will be:
  • A qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
  • Able to produce a full set of management accounts.
  • An excellent communicator with first class business partnering skills.
  • Ideally experienced in the charity sector, however this isn’t essential.
