You’ll be a key part of the finance function as they look to develop their operations within the UK and Europe.You’ll be reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for all aspects of AP and AR.   • Manage the account payables invoices and payments (payment run preparation, expense system processing, and liaising with suppliers)
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting the wider finance team and stakeholders with delivery of a new P2P system
  • Year-end audit support
  • Ad hoc reporting to aid business process improvements
About you…
  • Previous experience working within transactional finance
  • Strong AP/AR knowledge
  • Multi-site experience desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently to manage large volumes of work
  • Strong time and resource management skills
  • Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups, XLookups)
  • Stakeholder management and an ability to work effectively in teams
