Job Description

London Borough of Haringey are in need of an Interim Change Manager to support delivery of a positive transfer of workforce from the current Housing Provider ALMO.Key Responsibilities:

  • Organisation development, cultural change and value alignment
  • Collaboration with existing HR technical resources to ensure the change programme takes into account the technical TUPE elements of transition (changes to T&C, timetables for change, reorganisation of services from a single entity into three Directorates,etc).
  • Provide support to the in source Programme Director, the Managing Director of HfH, the Chief Executive and respective Directors of the Housing ALMO, of Regeneration & Housing, Adults & Health and CTR as required
Key Skills:
  • Extensive demonstrated experience of leading and realising change in reorganisation programmes (in-sources, mergers, acquisitions or large scale internal reorganisations)
  • Depth & breadth of knowledge and experience in HROD, including in-depth understanding of TUPE arrangements, pay and reward, workforce planning - particularly retention and recognition.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cultural change, alignment of functions and ways of working, design
