Job Description

The Interim Change Manager will be responsible for developing and reviewing the change strategy which is essential to the deployment of the business strategy program.Client DetailsMy client is a leading Pharmaceuticals brand looking to hire an Interim Change Manager.DescriptionThe Interim Change Manager will be responsible for developing and reviewing the change strategy to ensure that the programmes and projects deliver high quality change, communications and learning and development to drive the desired adjustments in ways ofworking to enable each programme to realise agreed benefits.ProfileThe successful Interim Change Manager will have:

  • Expertise in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change projects
  • Experience building change management strategy, framework and training
  • Ability to develop strategies and solutions to manage stakeholders and ensure maximise the chances of successful adoption of new ways of working and tools. Can hit the ground running. Hands on e. Must have worked on complex programmes that require a shiftin culture and ways of working.
  • Strong networking/consulting skills with good internal/external links
  • Ability to convince and manage negotiations across a complex group
  • Degree in business or scientific field
  • Demonstrate strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives- Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record in delivering high risk programme/projects and decision making
Desirable:
  • Formal qualifications in change management, project management, and/or process improvement methodologies
  • Experience of working in a global organisation with complex/geographical context
  • Pharmaceutical R&D experience
Job OfferOn offer for the Interim Change Manager:
  • Opportunity to work fully remote
  • Up to £550 per day Outside IR35
  • 6 month contract with poss extension
