Interim CFO | Rapidly Scaling Online Marketplace | 6-Month ContractThe ClientHarmonic have partnered on an exclusive basis with one of the UKs most exciting and fast growth Online marketplace Tech Scale-ups to find them an Interim CFO for an initial 6-Month period, with a strong chance of going temp-to-perm. Having been foundedover a decade ago, our founder led client has sustained 20% YOY growth and are now the global leader in their market with turnover exceeding £50m per year.Their online marketplace is available globally and has a user base in the tens of millions, which looks set to continue growing through 2023 and 2024. On top of their impressive user base they also have numerous partnerships with world renowned brands. Theirunique service sets them apart from competitors in the market and after a number of high-level acquisitions they have their sites set on becoming a globally recognised name in the next few years. Based out of their London HQ, they are offering a flexible hybridworking model for the right candidate.The roleAs part of the senior leadership team, this role will report directly into the founder/CEO and oversee the entire finance function of the Scale-Up along with advising on operations and strategy to ensure the business is efficient and streamlined. Partneringwith the executive team and board, offering key financial insights into the well-being of the company as they look to scale and make further acquisitions. This role is targeted towards a CFO who isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and get hands on acrossall areas of finance when required.Responsibilities
