Interim Accountant | International Engineering Consultancy | London | 12 Month FTCThe ClientHarmonic has been engaged by one of the worlds most successful engineering, construction and planning consultancies with offices in 200 countries and a completed project value of over $300bn. After an office relocation in Central London, they are lookingfor an Interim Accountant to offer immediate support within their growing finance team. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to be made permanent should the growth of the business continue into 2024.Despite the size of the business, they adopt a very entrepreneurial approach to work with minimal bureaucracy. The business has grown rapidly over the past decade and has supported some of the most iconic construction and engineering projects in the worldto date.Culture is hugely important to the business, so they arent just looking for someone with the skills to do the role but someone who has the right attitude, approach and ambition to be a success within the business. This role has exposure to the senior financeteam and is the ideal for a Qualified Accountant who is looking to further gain experience in industry.The RoleAs the Interim Accountant, you will be entirely responsible for the intercompany & Bank reconciliations. Due to the business size and growth this has been become a stress point, therefore requiring a detail orientated and motivated finance professional toget very hands on. The scope of the role will increase over time, moving into implementation of new processes and automation. The perfect candidate will therefore be actively looking to learn and be adaptable to new situations and projects.Responsibilities
