Job Description

A broad year end accounting role (6 months duration) within a City based underwriter and MGA with additional planning and forecasting involvement. Duties will include:

  • Responsible for the month end close for all entities
  • The production of monthly detailed expense analysis
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts for the companies and Group.
  • Prepare corporate entities and Group Report and Accounts.
  • Liaise with external auditors.
  • Assist in preparation of corporation tax returns.
  • Assist with annual budgets and regular reforecasts for the corporate entities
  • Assist with board reporting for corporate entities and Group
  • Responsible for all regulatory reporting for the corporate entities
  • Further ad hoc projects
