Your roleAs part of the Global Cybersecurity team, responsibilities will be to work with customers to deliver technical assessments against a broad range of services, illustrative duties will include:

  • Develop recommendation for improving the efficiency and development of our technology footprint
  • Support and maintain technology solutions supporting the Attack Surface Assessment Function
  • Create and deliver high quality run books to support daily operations
  • Maintain our internal training and Onboarding process for staff to new technology solutions. Where needed refresher and ongoing training to be delivered
  • Support the wider team with the Attack Surface Assessment Function at evaluating opportunities for automation and integration of tools sets
  • Provide in region support for technical issues and act as the regional responder for down time investigations
  • Regularly engage with the wider technical testing teams to understand requirements and challenges to assist with continual development of tooling and security methodologies
  • Works closely with the Global Technology and Infrastructure team and Architecture and engineering to ensure the smooth transition of new technology into production and maturity gains of existing technology happen in line with normal standards
  • Liaise with core technology vendors to ensure documented actions are being tracked across the service and escalate any ongoing issues to the relevant work stream managers
  • Support the dissemination of key service metrics to ensure customers are aware of service disruption related issues

Your professional experience
  • Combined experience working in either application development or architecture development
  • Developed experience with C#
  • Developed experience of DevSecOps and testing automation
  • Experience or understanding of platforms such as Qualys, Kenna, Fortify, Veracode, BURP would be ideal in this role
  • Proven experience working with variety of cultures across the globe and have the patience, understanding and empathy to work collaboratively and effectively
  • Experience/knowledge of security testing exercises such as penetration testing and vulnerability management would be preferred
  • Prefer a Bachelors degree in communications related field or equivalent education experience
  • Preferred
  • Knowledge of cloud networking architecture, cloud operations, security, automation and orchestration
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX Windows servers, MS SQL, Oracle MySQL, MongoDB
  • Sufficient knowledge of at least one of the CSPs platform to research, design, and implement solutions using other Azure offerings
  • Possess clear understanding of security protocols and standards and have experience with software and security architectures.
  • Multi lingual language skills would be advantageous, especially in the following areas (Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, and Russian)
  • The below types of qualifications would also be ideal;
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent
  • Offensive Certified Security Professional (OSCP) or equivalent
  • GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) or equivalent
  • GIAC Mobile Device Security Analyst (GMOB) or equivalent
  • Understanding in the following would be beneficial;
  • ITIL
  • COBIT
  • OWASP Top Ten
  • Standard of Good Practice for Information Security
  • Incident management and response
  • Vulnerability management Desirable, but not required to have one of the below or equivalent Infrastructure and security related certifications/designations;
  • Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Cloud Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
  • Microsoft Azure Architect Design
  • Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate
