As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and implementing strategies to increase the companys sales in insurance. The ideal candidate will haveextensive experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record of success in a sales management role. Insurance presents a huge opportunity for the Bionic group. This is part of the top 3 investment areas of the business with a compelling visionand strategy. We offer an insurance buying experience with the convenience of digital but the reassurance of expert voice – a unique experience it makes us the go-to for our segment forever, creating a profitable, scaled insurance business and setting a newbar in the industry.Reporting into our Head of Insurance you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team’ progress in meeting their objectives through leadership and motivation, provide the operational, day-to-day support of both the leadership team and those within thoseteams and ensure we meet daily and monthly targets.Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of sales representatives focused on selling insurance products
• Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Monitor and analyse sales metrics to ensure targets are being met
• Ensure we meet daily and monthly targets and complete 100% of the required regulatory and quality processes
• Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support sales efforts
• Train new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching and development
• Collaborate with other teams within Bionicto improve cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• One of Bionics’ goals is to create a meaningful insurance business. As a result, we are looking for our Sales Manager to be an insurance specialist.
• Minimum Cert CII level requirement
• Knowledge of principles and products ideally within the packaged commercial insurance market
• Understanding of the obligations and importance of FCA regulation within the Sales function Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales management
• Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on sales management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales-related software applications.
