Job Description

Role Overview:Bruin are searching for a Client Manager to join our client a reputable asset manager. As the Institutional Client Service Manager, you will collaborate with the Relationship Management team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. Reportingto the EMEA Institutional Client Management Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end service experience for both existing and new clients, adhering to client’s IMA, SLA.Tasks:

  • Own the response to service elements of RFPs, pitches & due diligence events.
  • Establish client management intent and align with firm capabilities.
  • Discuss and initiate service expectations with the client.
  • Identify and investigate/challenge potential service complexities.
  • Engage internal teams and manage events from the clients perspective.
  • Ensure clear understanding of client service intent internally.
  • Agree and document service commitments with clients and internally.
  • Support clients through necessary documentation/due diligence requirements.
  • Verify that service setup and first deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Manage day-to-day client management relationships.
Experience:
  • Institutional Client Management experience.
  • Solid investment management experience.
  • Structured with strong workflow and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across the business.
  • Excellent listening skills and an assertive, empathetic approach.
  • Strong self-organizational and time management skills.
  • Drive and enthusiasm for achieving a first-class service management function.
  • Ability to make clear decisions and exercise sound judgment.
