Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage client queries in a timely & professional manner. Queries range from literature requests, detailed fund information, performance attribution requests and assisting with dealing & operational queries. Keep the sales team updated on all client interactionto ensure that the flow of information remains constant and that no opportunities are missed.
  • Ensure that all regular client reporting is collated & distributed to clients by the agreed deadlines. Help to produce some bespoke client reports.
  • Help coordinate meeting requirements for the Institutional Team (documentation, presentations and reports).
  • Help the sales team organise client marketing trips, fund manager lunches, meetings and conference calls. Assist with the preparation of fund material
  • Work with Head of Institutional Client Service to ensure the accurate and timely completion of RFPs and client questionnaires (one offs & regular) for new and existing clients
  • Attend roadshows, conferences and client meetings as required.
  • Maintain and update records on the CRM database. Work with the sales team to keep client lists up to date
  • Build & maintain effective internal relationships with relevant colleagues to ensure that high levels of client service are maintained at all times
Background & Experience
  • Knowledge of working with Institutional clients.
  • A thorough understanding of Salesforce.
  • A good understanding a breadth of asset classes gained from within he Fund Management industry.
  • A self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills coupled with the ability to work independently and engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Good understanding of compliance procedures.
  • Word, excel and PowerPoint
