Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing investor relations and client queries, booking meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities with institutional clients for senior business development directors.
  • Managing the business development pipeline, including managing client databases and tracking leads.
  • Develop and update pitchbooks, marketing materials, investment summaries, technical presentations, and questionnaires.
  • Maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Develop an excellent understanding of the firms real estate strategies and investment philosophy.
  • Coordinating roadshows and other client events.
  • Responding to DDQs and RFPs.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree (min 2.1).
  • 3-5 years of experience within a private markets distribution role (ideally focused on real estate).
  • Previous experience in asset management, corporate finance, or consultancy.
  • Understanding of the closed-end fundraising process.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Excellent knowledge of the real estate market.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
