Job Description

One of the premier UK restructuring practices is seeking to recruit a qualified ACCA / ACA / CA to join their corporate insolvency and restructuring team as a Senior Associate.You will work on a team that handles an array of formal insolvency matters including trading administrations, pre-pack admins, CVAs and liquidation case files.Based on the size and complexity of some of these engagements, you will need to have experienced on-site trading work and have the numerical skills to review cash flows and financial forecasts. Furthermore, handling employee matters on Administration appointments,drafting information memorandums as part of accelerated sale processes and supporting with the realisation and sale of company assets will be key parts of this role as a Senior Associate.The team are highly dynamic and multicultural with staff that have trained at some of the top restructuring practices across the UK and Australasia. This combined mix of talent has created a team that is highly effective at getting results. You will learna lot from your peers and superiors.

  • You must be a qualified accountant with at least 3-4 years corporate insolvency experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills will be required to succeed in this team, as will the ability to work under pressure.
  • If you are an overseas candidate, you must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the UK insolvency Act with respect to the differences and similarities to the rule followed in common law countries.
