Job Description

Insight and Programme Manager£40-34kLondon Bridge - hybrid workingLeading manufacturer and designer of high-spec ergonomics is looking to recruit an Insight Programme Manager to join their team.You will be responsible for developing and delivering knowledge-based ergonomic expertise that adds value to end users, dealers and Architects / Designers and delivering health and ergonomic insights to key accounts and internal sales team.Responsibilities:

  • Creates, maintains, and teaches an ergonomic curriculum focused on physical, cognitive, and social ergonomics.
  • Creatively applies relevant knowledge to connect with customers needs to support the delivery of environments with a better health outcome for people.
  • Engages with customers to cultivate strong relationships; Introduces new and insightful knowledge into customer engagements.
  • Focuses on applying research and trends to educate customers
  • Supports product launches and engages in first line product training sessions
  • Manages within assigned expense budgets.
  • Successfully Coaches sales team members to apply and present ergonomic knowledge.
  • Transfers knowledge to internal and external audiences via case studies, white papers, published articles, presentations, and events.
  • Provide regular feedback to design department on market trends and Product developments
About you:
  • Bachelors Degree in Physiology, Psychology, Sociology, Sports Science, Design or related academic discipline or relevant professional experience
  • Passionate about Ergonomics, human factors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create/deliver compelling presentations of insights to all levels of audiences
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate a positive customer experience
  • Proven ability to establish/maintain a strong network of professional relationships
  • A knowledge of analytic and research techniques
  • Willingness and ability to travel - Europe Focus.
