An exciting contract has arisen as a Insight Manager - Employee Research based in South West London. This role will allow for flexible and hybrid working, 1 day in the office per week; and will be responsible for conducting employee research,formulating data driven insights and making recommendations to stakeholders to influence experience related decisions. You should use your deep listeningand observational skills.* Design and conduct employee research - synthesise data and information from multiple sources to formulate experience-related insights* Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence experience and investment related decisions* Design and facilitate experience design workshops. Develop and prioritise solutions to move towards the desired future state experienceProfileThe successful Insight Manager - Employee Research will have the following background:Demonstrable experience conducting quantitative and qualitative researchProven experience of working on ambiguous, fast paced, complex programmesStrong project management and execution skills -Self-starter and leader of initiatives - operating with tenacity, resilience, and a can-do attitude to workAdvanced Powerpoint and intermediate MS Teams and Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup, conditional formatting)Job OfferA contract with a leading organisation.
